Makoto Kato 11017535d8 Bug 1925889 - Get rid of GetPersonalDictionary and GetPersonalDictionaryWord from nsIEdiorSpellCheck. r=masayuki
No one uses GetPersonalDictionary and GetPersonalDictionaryWord in m-c and c-c.
Let's get rid of both.
