Use MOZ_IPC_MESSAGE_LOG to filter GOODBYE_MESSAGE_TYPE messages.

Interpret MOZ_IPC_MESSAGE_LOG elements without the "Child" or "Parent"
suffix as a request to log both sides of the given protocol.
