Nick Alexander 8299caa95c Bug 1724247 - Post: Make test publisher subject more than CN; use `universal_newlines=True`. r=firefox-build-system-reviewers,mhentges This commit does three things: 1. It makes thes MSIX test publisher subject "CN=..., OU=...". This is more like the actual Firefox signing certificates". 2. It moves to use `universal_newlines=True` rather than decoding manually. 3. It fixes an oversight where a particular Powershell invocation would fail when a certificate was missing. README

This directory contains common Python code.

The basic rule is that if Python code is cross-module (that's "module" in the
Mozilla meaning - as in "module ownership") and is MPL-compatible, it should
go here.

What should not go here:

* Vendored python modules (use third_party/python instead)
* Python that is not MPL-compatible (see other-licenses/)
* Python that has good reason to remain close to its "owning" (Mozilla)
  module (e.g. it is only being consumed from there).
