This patch introduces functional pseudo parameters, i.e. `::highlight(foo)`, for `getComputedStyle()`. This required adapting the parse algorithm (`nsCSSPseudoElements::ParsePseudoElement()`) and forwarding the functional pseudo parameter into the style engine.
