Jeremy Chen 548ee3ec09 Bug 1423509 - cleanup for BuildTextRunsScanner::SetupLineBreakerContext. r=jfkthame ... The textBreakPoints variable and its related logic are copied from BuildTextRunForFrames, however, they are not used in SetupLineBreakerContext at all.
