Specifically:
* SandboxCrash() uses internal Gecko interfaces, so stays in libxul.
* SandboxInfo moves to libxul from libmozsandbox, which no longer exists.
* Where libxul calls Set*Sandbox(), it uses weak symbols.
* Everything remains as it was on mobile.
