Nicholas Nethercote fe9268c4cd Bug 1374580 (part 2) - Remove nsAFlat{,C}String typedefs. r=froydnj. 
All the instances are converted as follows.

- nsAFlatString  --> nsString
- nsAFlatCString --> nsCString
