dmose%mozilla.org a4c010c16e add debugging frobs to XP_UNIX platforms. setenv XPCOM_DEBUG_BREAK to make NS_ASSERTION have other behaviors, like dumping the stack to stderr or sending SIGSTOP to the pgrp to allow attaching with gdb for race condition debugging. r=bryner@netscape.com, a=brendan@mozilla.org.
