Hiroyuki Ikezoe 957afc3f85 Bug 1799563 - Remove browser.swipe.navigation-icon-move-distance pref. r=tnikkel
Depends on D164271

Now that the swipe navigation icon moves on all supported platforms, and
we have two new prefs named "browser.swipe.navigation-icon-start-position"
and "browser.swipe.navigation-icon-end-position".
