Thomas Zimmermann 46e6f7feba Bug 1061126: Add AVRCP_UID_SIZE to Bluetooth, r=shuang
This constant AVRCP_UID_SIZE replaces the corresponding Bluedroid
constant BTRC_UID_SIZE.
