vidur%netscape.com 6705a3f95e Fix for bug 49187. ViewSource now emits HTML. The VIEW_SOURCE_HTML #define at the top of nsViewSourceHTML.cpp and nsLayoutDLF.cpp allows us to switch back to XML if necessary. The VIEW_SOURCE_COLORING #define in nsViewSourceHTML.cpp allows us to turn on source coloring. Without source coloring (the default right now), bringing up source is considerably faster. r=harishd
