Now, mozInlineSpellChecker::UpdateCurrentDictionary will use sync IPC messages via nsEditorSpellCheck::DictionaryFetched. Part 1 adds async API to set current dictionary. So we should use it on nsEditorSpellCheck::DictionaryFetched instead of sync API.
