cls%seawood.org adef1ac6f6 Minor changes to incoporate OS/2 into our build system. Bug #34106 
We now set MOZ_{JPEG,ZLIB,PNG}_{CFLAGS,LIBS}, XPCOM_LIBS, MOZ_COMPONENT*_LIBS, WIDGET_DLL, GFXWIN_DLL and MOZ_JS_LIBS in configure.
Added os2 specific arguments to configure.
Added os2 target arch section to configure.
Modified a handful of Makefile.ins to use MOZ_JS_LIBS, MOZ_COMPONENT_LIBS, & EXTRA_DSO_LIBS where necessary.
