Ting-Yu Lin 89d03cb81b Bug 1824877 Part 1 - Rename nsGfxScrollFrame.{h,cpp} to ScrollContainerFrame.{h,cpp}. r=dholbert
Remove the #include from `nsFrameState.cpp` because it is not used.
