Build from source of rust 1.6.0 stable configured with
--enable-rpath --enable-llvm-static-stdcpp and
--target=x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu,i686-unknown-linux-gnu
so it supports -m32 builds, using the docker image at
https://github.com/rillian/rust-build on taskcluster.
