Alexandre Poirot 25ea4f3caa Bug 1698541 - [devtools] Stop emitting now unused tabDetached event. r=nchevobbe,devtools-backward-compat-reviewers 
Now that we are destroying the target via target-destroyed-form, sent via the watcher actor
we no longer need this legacy event.
