Rick had changed something last night ... which fixed the bogus extra newline problem, and caused the tree to go orange since the test still had the extra newline; but now he's apparently reverted that fix, so the extra newline is back and the tree is orange again. robot	Work done by Vidur and me. Added a FlushPendingNotifications() method to the document. This method flushes the pending content notifications from the content sink and the pending reflow notifications from the pres shell.
