gecko-dev/editor/base/SplitElementTxn.h
buster%netscape.com dca6c49edd replaced IID's with CID's where they were appropriate, and removed lots of
NS_DEFINE_IID macros in favor of GetCID() wherever I could.
plus some minor bug fixes.
