Fixed (a) not deleting installed-chrome.txt (bugscape bug 2428), (b) made MOZ_DISABLE_JAR_PACKAGING work again, and (c) created dist/bin/chrome directory in add-chrome.pl -- breaking objdir builds. r=mcafee
