Rob Lemley 428f3b39d5 Bug 1572394 - Remove MOZ_LDAP_XPCOM ifdef from config/recurse.mk. r=glandium ... Fixes Thunderbird build bustage related to target-shared. Investigation into the build issue revealed that this hack is no longer necessary and can be removed. And it's always nice to remove Thunderbird specific code from the build system.
