The problem was that the hash key we used was the content ID, which was not consistent from page load to page load. nsSelection.cpp Fixing bug 114539. Getting rid of mInner in all our 'data' nodes and making those classes inherit nsGenericDOMDataNode in stead. Also remove mContentID from nsTextNode and push mRangeList and mListenerManager into hashtables since they are used so rarely.
