Changes: Do not install text editors by default, since most of the time it won't be used. Actively purge installed applications that are not necessary for tests. Restructure the Dockerfile such that RUN commands are consolidated where applicable (reduces layers), COPY commands for files that are likely not changing are placed near top of the file in the hope that it will reduce the number of rebuilding steps.
