This patch adds a warning message for if the user runs a Talos test with a python version greater than what is supported. A similar approach was used for Raptor a while ago. Usually, some machines/linux distros ship with the latest python but either our harness and/or mach itself may not be up to date on the support. A link is provided to our docs on debugging local python environment, where there is different ways one can downgrade their local python.
