Tanvi Vyas e6bc28f540 Bug 837075 - Without a rootDoc, we don't have a rootUri to check if the root is https and we don't have the channel to see whether mixed content was allowed on the page. Set aRootHasSecureConnection to true by default instead of false by default. r=smaug
