External systems such as the generic ingestion service will want to work with the more standard json-schema format. This commit adds a script to convert the voluptuous schema to json-schema format using the `luscious` Python module. Since that module has not been updated recently, we install and use a fork with some changes. Since this is a single-purpose command that's unlikely to be used by many people it's not implemented as a mach command, but simply a standalone script that can be invoked via `mach python`. This directory contains common Python code. The basic rule is that if Python code is cross-module (that's "module" in the Mozilla meaning - as in "module ownership") and is MPL-compatible, it should go here. What should not go here: * Vendored python modules (use third_party/python instead) * Python that is not MPL-compatible (see other-licenses/) * Python that has good reason to remain close to its "owning" (Mozilla) module (e.g. it is only being consumed from there).
