Rename StreamBuffer to StreamTracks. We still need a place to keep the track information in every MediaStream, even the StreamBuffer::Track::mSegment is empty. --HG-- rename : dom/media/StreamBuffer.cpp => StreamTracks.cpp rename : dom/media/StreamBuffer.h => StreamTracks.h
