dougt%meer.net fc97ab9262 This is a workaround for the WinCE Native Unicode converter. I couldn't figure out how to use the utf8 codepages on certain devices. So, mapping from UTF-8 -> UCS-2 became a problem. This fix simply uses the existing algorithm in intl/uconv. This change only effect the Windoze CE native uconv. NPODB.
