Once upon a time, having an AbstractThread was required in order to use MozPromise; this is no longer the case. Also, now all nsIThread support DirectTask dispatching making the need to wrap a nsIThread in a XPCOMThreadWrapper unecessary. We probably don't need a dedicated GMPThread and could likely use a BackgroundTaskqueue instead. Differential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D86927
