nsTableCellFrame.cpp Bug 513082. Instead of passing aDirtyRect to nsDisplayItem::Paint, have nsDisplayList::OptimizeVisibility (renamed to ComputeVisibility) compute the intersection of the visible region with the bounds of each display item and store the result in the item's mVisibleRect.
