The following methods are unused in m-c, c-c and bluegriffon from JavaScript. - selectionContainerAbsolutelyPositioned - absolutelyPositionedSelectionContainer - absolutePositionSelection - relativeChangeZIndex - absolutelyPositionElement - setElementPosition - getElementZIndex - setElementZIndex - relativeChangeElementZIndex - showGrabberOnElement - hideGrabber So let't remove these method from IDL.
