jdunn%netscape.com 1f72b9808d fixing --disable-xprint bustage (i.e. AIX) ...

strcasecmp is defined in strings.h which is NOT included if
XPRINT is enabled.  So to simply matters, switching calls
to PL_strcasecmp.
