Jonathan Watt f447bc4951 Bug 1576465. Fix nsDeviceSensors's cross-origin check for Fission. r=kmag 
The only reason dom/system/tests/test_bug1197901.html doesn't fail right now
when Fission is enabled is because the test is racy since the 'load' event
doesn't wait for OOP iframes.  As a result the test finishes "testing" the
OOP-iframe before the OOP-iframe has even loaded.
