Emilio Cobos Álvarez 404b325741 Bug 1761700 - Remove MOZ_STRING_WITH_OBSOLETE_API. r=xpcom-reviewers,nika
Nobody explicitly disables it, but we have some users that include just
nsTString.h and can cause issues.
