Dana Keeler 364a010e05 bug 748809 - remove nsIAssociatedContentSecurity and nsISecurityInfoProvider r=mayhemer,jrmuizel
nsIAssociatedContentSecurity and nsISecurityInfoProvider are unused as of
bug 832834, so this patch removes them.
