It was necessary back when we were doing decompression from a signal handler, because we couldn't then have zlib call malloc, but we don't do that anymore, so the whole wrapping is effectively unused. With the wrapping gone, we manually initialize the zalloc, zfree and opaque fields, as specified in the zlib documentation. --HG-- extra : rebase_source : c4e84009e65f71f6c43362468c2934e04a8abda1
