Dana Keeler dfc8179fe9 Bug 1677851 - simplify DataStorage background task handling r=kjacobs,bbeurdouche ... This patch removes the hand-rolled shared background thread in favor of individual background synchronous event targets. Also, the timer configuration was moved to the main thread.
