hangas%netscape.com e0aa87a046 Fix for 27283 rewrote command updating and dispatching for Mail/News window so that Edit menu items would be enabled at the proper times and actually work. Partial fix for 22558 wired up platform specific Delete key to the Delete menu item. Fix for 20120 Delete button and menu now disabled on folder pane of mail window.
