nsCOMPtr.cpp	Specialize |nsCOMPtr| for |nsISupports| (i.e., |nsCOMPtr<nsISupports>|). The specialization _does_not_ have the invariant that |nsCOMPtr<T>| has of always pointing to the COM-correct interface.
