If `Document::GetShell()` returns `PresShell*` rather than `nsIPresShell`, it's a good step to deCOMTaminate `PresShell`. This patch makes `Document.h` stop including `nsIPresShell.h` since `nsIPresShell.h` includes `Document.h` indirectly and that causes bustage when we make `Document::GetShell()` return `PresShell*`.
