Masayuki Nakano 11af44e544 Bug 1632726 - part 2: Remove some unused nsISelectionController methods r=smaug 
Even in comm-central and BlueGriffon, `nsISelectionController::*ForDelete()`
are not used.  Therefore, we can remove them safely.
