L. David Baron 03ba2e465b Bug 976350 patch 1: Move the contents of nsTraceRefcnt.h into nsISupportsImpl.h. r=bsmedberg
This makes sense since the file no longer contains anything with the
nsTraceRefcnt name in it, and it will allow renaming nsTraceRefcntImpl
back to nsTraceRefcnt.
