DefaultDoorHanger.setOptions accepts a JSONObject argument, but if we converted it to GeckoBundle, it would involve a lot of extra changes in the other doorhanger code. So this patch adds GeckoBundle.fromJSONObject and converts JSONObject to GeckoBundle within DefaultDoorHanger.setOptions.
