sspitzer%netscape.com 7e6c5e6111 fix for bug #86370. problems with SMTP (and account central UI) if SMTP username contains ... characters that should be escaped. the fix for that is in nsSmtpDelegateFactory.cpp. thanks to nrt@dial.pipex.com for the patch, and cls for testing. the same problem existed for nntp, in nsNNTPProtocol.cpp the rest is some code cleanup I had sitting around.		2003-04-09 00:47:54 +00:00
