Nika Layzell f17ea9075a Bug 1751047 - Remove support for intr messages from IPC, r=ipc-reviewers,mccr8 ... All uses of the intr message type have been removed from the tree, and the only remaining uses are in IPDL tests, which currently do not test the IPDL runtime.
