Jan de Mooij f8563552f5 Bug 1932305 part 3 - Improve MapObject::clear and SetObject::clear. r=iain 
Remove unnecessary roots, use non-static functions, return `void` instead of `bool`.

Patches in an earlier bug made `clear` on the table infallible.

The JSAPIs no longer need to be fallible, but this requires some non-trivial
changes to the bindings generator.
