Andrew McCreight 5848fe3b73 Bug 1276318, part 2 - Fix mode lines in ipc/glue. r=billm
MessageChannel.{h,cpp}, MessageLink.{h,cpp}, and ProtocolUtils.h are
using 4-space indent so I left those alone.
