MacOS only Modifications to StringLib. It now functions like the Unix version where we have all of the strings in a giant case statement instead of in resources. This is necessary for moving to Pro4 and reducing the number of resources in the Mac Navigator.

changed the call to net_CallExitRoutine to net_CallExitRoutineProxy() so that if netlib is running in its own thread, the call can be dispatched to the correct thread... IF netlib is running in the mozilla thread, net_CallExitRoutine(...) is called directly.
