Hiroyuki Ikezoe b08072ea30 Bug 1439279 - Drop needless requestAnimationFrame that waits for applying new transition. r=birtles
getComputedStyle() ensures triggering new transitions, so we don't need to wait
for a requestAnimationFrame callback.
