It's unclear why macOS has to mess with the margins of arrowpanels only. It pulls on one direction by default and then some panels only on the other, vertically. Stuff keeps looking good without this, so let's remove these two macOS special-cases now that's early in the cycle (in case I'm missing something, which I don't think I am).
