[LTO][ELF] Add --stats-file= option.
This patch adds a StatsFile option supported by gold to lld, related patch https://reviews.llvm.org/D45531. Reviewed By: tejohnson, MaskRay Differential Revision: https://reviews.llvm.org/D121809
